How is Petshopified different from other sites?

Where do you provide shipping to?

We provide shipping to most countries across the world.

When will you ship my item(s)?

99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.

When will I receive my item(s)?

Most items are delivered within 2-4 weeks from shipment date. PLEASE NOTE:  In some cases, shipping may take longer due to various factors (i.e. time of year order placed such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and other major holidays).  As such, If we have already sent your order we will not be able to issue you a refund. Also please be aware some countries do take longer for orders to arrive for reasons out of our control like customs clearance and postage service efficiency etc. Overall most orders do arrive in 2-4 weeks from shipment but can take longer.

It's been over 6 weeks and I have not received my order yet. What should I do now?

If you have not received your order within the time frame given for your order (see 'When will I receive my item(s)?' above for more information), please Contact Us and we will look further into your order immediately.

Where are my items coming from?

Our warehouses are located in both the US and China. We work only with the best and most experienced suppliers.

I ordered multiple items, why did I receive only one?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

What method of payments are accepted?

We accept PayPal with all major credit cards as secure payment method.

How do you ensure the quality of your products?

We have a dedicated sourcing team that works directly with manufacturers abroad. We test everything before we send it to you.

How to order?

1. Go to the item page of the product that you would like to order.

2. Select the quantity of items that you would like to order and click “Add to Cart”.

3. Click "Check Out" in the drawer window.

4. In the new page, please fill in your information (Email, Name, Shipping address) and then click "Continue to Shipping Method".

5. Click "Continue to payment method" on the next screen.

6. Then fill in your credit card information and click "complete order" to finish the transaction.

How can I track my order?

An email will be sent to you within 72 hours from the time of your purchase. If you don’t receive it, you can check if it is in the spam/junk folder. There should be a tracking number inside the email together with the courier used to deliver your package, please go to our TRACK ORDER STATUS page and enter the tracking number to track your order.

If the email was not sent, you can send us an email through the Contact Us page with your order number/ details, and we will double check your order and send you the tracking number.

How do I apply a discount code?

When you use the discount code, you should enter your code in the discount text box, which is located at the right side of the checkout page. If you are placing the order on your mobile phone, the discount box is in the “view order summary” drop down at the top of the checkout page.You would have to activate the code by pressing the “apply” button next to the discount box after entering the discount code.You will see whether the code is successfully applied after the button is pressed.
